Hamlet watches the grave-digger digging the soil, and then the stage direction says, "Throws up another skull". So that skulls -contrary to what might seem when seeing the sempiternal image of Hamlet holding one- do fly on the stage: not one but two. On seeing the second one flying by, Hamlet says, literally, "There's another", as anyone would say on seeing another skull flying by.
